Warm-up


Basic

3 RFT (rounds for time)- 1 minute of rest between each round, your score is your slowest time


Intermediate

5 RFT (rounds for time)


Expert

7 RFT (rounds for time)


Pregnancy (2nd & 3rd Trimester)

3, 5, or 7 RFT (rounds for time)- you choose depending on ability level
1st trimester you should be able to complete one of the regular categories above (learn more about working out during pregnancy here)
