Paleo Sweet Potato Fries

Ya’ll, my toddler LOVES these sweet potato fries…. and they are a totally worthwhile addition to any healthy family meal! Lightly rolled in olive oil, sprinkled with sea salt and black pepper, and baked to a light crisp, there really isn’t anything unhealthy about them. Check out this simple, quick recipe next time you are craving a snack or looking for a side for a main dish. I promise they will keep you satisfied!



  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees
  2. Line cooking sheet with parchment paper (affiliate links)
  3. Wash or skin sweet potatoes
  4. Cut sweet potatoes into 1/4 inch slices
  5. Toss in a bowl and add just enough olive oil to lightly coat all fries
  6. Sprinkle with sea salt and pepper
  7. Spread out on baking sheet so that fries are not touching
  8. Cook for about 20 minutes (check halfway and turn if needed)
  9. Let cool 5-10 minutes
  10. Serve and enjoy!
