Warm-up


Basic

Test Day
  • Max situps in 1 minute = score 1
  • Rest 3-5 minutes
  • Max air squats in 1 minute (modify with chair squats if necessary) = score 2
  • Rest 3-5 minutes
  • Max modified pushups in 1 minute = score 3
  • Final score = sum of all 3 times

Intermediate

Test Day
  • Max situps in 2 minutes = score 1
  • Rest 3-5 minutes
  • Max air squats in 2 minutes = score 2
  • Rest 3-5 minutes
  • Max modified pushups in 1 minute = score 3
  • Final score = sum of all 3 times

Expert

Test Day
  • Max situps in 2 minutes = score 1
  • Rest 3-5 minutes
  • Max air squats in 5 minutes = score 2
  • Rest 3-5 minutes
  • Max pushups in 1 minute = score 3
  • Final score = sum of all 3 times

Pregnancy (2nd & 3rd Trimester)- 1st trimester you should be able to complete one of the above categories (learn more about pregnancy workouts here)
